Hostel Description

Cas Catala 'The house of the Catalan' is formerly a luxury private home and has been tastefully refurbished to accommodate you on your holiday. From the moment you walk through the doors you will notice that this is a hostel with a difference. The decor is a fusion of old and new with space aplenty for relaxing and cooling yourself down from the sunny exterior, whether this be the foyer, breakfast area or the living room. The breakfast area overlooks the pool and garden area and makes for pleasant dining.

The pool area itself is stunning with sun loungers scattered throughout the garden area in both the shade and prime tanning positions. The pool is immaculately maintained, of generous size and is conveniently located next to the outside bar. Cas Catala operate an open bar policy meaning that you can help yourself to soft drinks and alcohol at any time by just writing down your room number. As such, the management have decided to make Cas Catala an 'Adult Orientated' hostel. Per se, child facilities are extremely restrictive. With 13 years continued trade and guests returning by the bus load, Cas Catala makes for the ideal relaxing holiday break.

The hostel itself is located at the base of 'Puig D'en Missa' The hilltop church and is approx 200m from the golden sands of Santa Eulalia beach. The 'Restaurant Street' is about 100m away, providing 20 fine eateries ranging from Chinese food to local Spanish Tapas.

Room Description

The first thing that you notice upon entering any one of the 12 rooms in Cas Catala is just how cool they are. In ibiza this is no mean feat with temperatures soaring to the mid 30s in August. All of the rooms are spacious and confortable and have ample storage room. The ensuite bathrooms are sizeable and have both bath and shower facilities.
